SPANISH VERSION
"...Architects have to dream, we have to be explorers, adventures, and yet to build responsibly and well"
RENZO PIANO
More than 500,000 bicycle trips are made every day in cities such as Copenhagen, Amsterdam or Bogota. The average distance of a trip inside the cities is less than 10 km which can be perfectly done in sustainable ways of transport such as cycling; health problems such as stress, overweight, depression, and anxiety, can improve with daily exercise on a bicycle, not mentioning the CO2 reduction.
The bridge is divided into two separate paths for bicycles -on the upper level- each one accessible by means of ramps, and a pedestrian path on the lower level accessible by elevator.
You can find bicycle parking, information points, cafe, retail stores, repair and storage ECC.
Finally, our proposal generates more than 540 k watts by means of solar panels, this energy enables to fulfill the operation.
